Because we are a new company, we are a focusing more on helping Veterans and we hope that we provide a service that benefits you. With any new company, there are costs to keep a business running, and donations from the people we help is how we can continue to provide this service without charging our brothers and sisters astronomical fees… such as 6 months worth of back pay! We may not always be able to offer these services on a donation basis, but for now, it works for us and we hope it works for you, too!

We understand that our brothers and sisters come from all walks of life and a variety of financial abilities. We are a fledgling company that relies on our fellow veterans’ referrals and word of mouth marketing. If you feel that your needs have been met and you received the highest standards of service, you are welcome to donate at any time during the process… even after you get your back pay or first disability check. Help use continue to help our fellow veterans!

Honestly, nothing. We don't want to assume any portion of any financial or monetary benefit entitled to our Veteran brothers and sisters. We just want to help you receive the benefits you're entitled to and deserve. If you decide to donate to Top and Chief, your donation will help us continue helping others. Think of it as paying it forward.

Unlike other companies that will boast a guaranteed rating, we will not. A rating cannot be guaranteed unless you are the rater sitting in the room looking at all your documents. What we will guarantee is that we fight with you to get you the best possible outcome for which you are entitled… and we will give you the most information we can every step of the way.

We know this is anxious time for you. We will respond to any e-mail enquiries within 48-72 hours. And you will be hearing from one of us… not a personal assistant or a staff member!

We will do our best to meet your schedule. We understand that everyone has a life and things to do. Dealing with the VA is a mess and time consuming. The package you choose that fits your needs will drive how often we meet. Rest assured, we will make sure all your questions are answered.

Bottom Line Up Front… No. It is illegal for anyone but the Veteran or his/her medical proxy/medical power of attorney to file their claim for them. However, we will ensure each step is fully completed before we move on to the next. Not to worry, we can break it down Barney style to make sure nothing is missed.

This depends on a number of factors. Each Veteran will have his or her own set of circumstances and may be at different stages of the filing process. It may require more leg-work on the Veterans’ side, and at that point, you will drive the timeline. Your local VA may be slower or quicker than other VA offices, and the VA will drive the timeline. We will do our part to ensure that we don’t hold up the process any longer than necessary.

Well, what do you need? We can help you with whatever the stage of the filing process you are in. Your one on one consultation is your time to ask your questions and let us know where you are. If you need step one, you will get that and help with making a plan for filing your claim. If you are needing help with buddy letters or statements in support of a claim, we will start there. Please see our variety of services to help you figure out just what you may need.

We understand that you have finished or are finishing your career with the military. Or maybe you are still serving but notice changes with your nutrition and fitness. We offer our members complimentary nutrition guidance to help keep you on track. Additionally, we will be offering personal training plans for purchase in the near future. Standby for more details!

The donation for Coffee with Chief will be applied to the service that is requested/needed. Coffee with Chief will be transitioned into the new service.

Please email Top or Chief with the change that is needed. The donation can be refunded or it can be applied to the correct service needed.
